rain filled days have been the norm this summer.
projects have been started and with a heavy heart some left unfinished. i am hopeful the cooler days of autumn will bring me a feeling of rejuvenated energy. certainly a slight ease to the heavy downfalls and humidity we have been experiencing would be very welcome around these parts.
many rainbows have been sighted this summer. the colours of a distant rainbow after a sun shower... so pretty and captured in these simple water colours.

ReplyDeleteI too have felt a little heavy hearted with all of the rain we have been having, summer just slipped by again but at least this time it was more of a summer than last even if we only had part of a summer. Lets hope there will be some blue skies to see and a crispness in the air soon to make you a little lighter. xx
